Hello, and welcome back to The Resilient Leader. This is your friend and coach, Charlotte Edwards. This week the topic is the unique value of every DISC style.

Every team has talent, but not every team maximizes it. The difference between a good team and a great one isn't just about skill. When you recognize the unique value each DISC style brings, you stop trying to make everyone the same and start building a team that is stronger, smarter, and more effective together.

Over the next few weeks, let's break down the power behind each style and how they elevate your team to the next level. So each week, we'll talk a little bit about some of the value that these groups bring to your team.

The first one is the dominant individual. We call those as well the driver of results. High Ds bring results and momentum. They are bottom-line thinkers who cut through complexity and focus on what truly matters. Give them clear boundaries and authority, and they will eliminate unnecessary steps and get the job done fast.

And then we move on to the I, influential individuals, the energy of the team. High Is bring optimism and enthusiasm. They are natural motivators who lift the energy in the room and keep people engaged. When a challenge arises, their positivity helps the team stay connected and moving forward. The cheerleaders.

And then we have S, steady, the foundation of stability. We need them. High Ss bring loyalty and dependability. They are the team players everyone counts on. Consistent, supportive, and committed, their steady presence creates trust and keeps the team grounded.

And finally, we have the C, compliant, the voice of accuracy. High Cs bring objectivity and precision. They focus on facts, data, and doing things right. They challenge ideas. They test assumptions and ensure decisions are thoughtful, accurate, and well-executed.

No single style wins on its own. Great teams don't happen by accident. They are built by leaders who understand how to leverage the strengths of every style.

So let's equip your team with the power of DISC. Message me today to get started. This works in teams, in families, in nonprofits, across the board. I look forward to hearing back from you. Have an amazing week, my friends.
