• Understand the costs of workplace violence incidents.
• Recognize warning signs of workplace violence.
• Practice preventive management techniques to lessen the threat of a violent incident occurring at your workplace.
• Know how to handle a potential incident.

PROGRAM OUTLINE

• Sessions are 1-3 hours and are customized to meet client needs.
• Group size is limited to 20 -25 people.
