INDIVIDUAL COACHING FEATURES:
Sessions are scheduled weekly or monthly to meet individual needs.
Personalized assessment of an employee’s developmental or performance need(s) serves as a benchmark.
Expected outcome(s) are mutually agreed-upon.
Specific action items/behaviors that foster growth and transformation are implemented between coaching sessions.
Sessions may be offered on-site or over the phone, with extensive e-mail support.
Initial coaching is set up for a three-month term; then coaching is on a month-to-month basis.
Sessions are designed to:

- Provide constructive, objective feedback.
