- Document performance problems effectively.
- Utilize proper disciplinary procedures for each situation.
- Understand the difference between having compassion for employees and becoming victimized by an employee’s poor performance.

- Acknowledge the impact of positive feedback in the employee/supervisor relationship.
PROGRAM FORMAT:
