This helps in understanding individual preferences, strengths, and growth areas in working relationships. The DiSC Indra™ Profile is available exclusively online, enabling individual reports to merge with available dyad and group relationship reports.

PROGRAM FEATURES:

• Maps and measures the relationships of people and provides feedback about the interrelatedness of their DiSC® styles
• Highlights the areas of comfort and effectiveness, pinpoints differences and provides actionable strategies to bridge the differences
• Provides learning activities through short readings, dialogue and discovery, group discussions, and small group activities
• Enables detailed relationship analysis for further learning through. dyad and group reports

PROGRAM FORMAT:

• Sessions are 8 or 12 hours, custom tailored to the organization needs.
• Group size is limited to 20 -25 people.
