PROGRAM FEATURES:

• Expand the definition of leadership.
• Explore leadership from one of three points of view: self as leader,
  another person as leader or the general need for leadership.
• Discover what you value in yourself as a leader.
• Determine the dimensions of leadership needed by your organization.
• Provide guidance through the four broad aspects of leadership: Character, Analysis, Accomplishment, and Interaction.
• Experience learning activities including short readings, written case
  studies, question-and-answer group discussions, and small group activities.
