Even as businesses aim for “paperless” environments and turn to technology to handle business communications,
employees are spending more time writing now than ever before. Although most correspondence among co-workers and much of all client communications are now written using e-mail, that doesn’t diminish the importance of professional writing skills. Most employees can benefit from this refresher to sharpen their skills.
