TRACY RICKARD
Tracy received his Bachelors Degree in Business Finance from Texas Tech University , in Lubbock , Texas . He offers over 20 years of diverse corporate bank management and education & development human resources experience.
While at JP Morgan Chase & Co., Tracy spent his first six years in a variety of retail branch management functions directing the sales, employee development, expense control and profitability of several branch banks in Dallas , Texas . Tracy 's choice for a career transition into employee development came when he was chosen to partner with 2 other Chase associates
and led Chase Texas' diversity education efforts for 10,000 employees across the state. He then became certified to teach a wide variety on internal employee development courses and acted
in a consultative role with business line managers to assess and implement process improvement designs. During his last two years at Chase, he transferred to Houston , Texas as Manager of Career Development where he led the integration of a new career development curriculum for all associates across Texas and the Western Region.
Since leaving Chase in December 1999, Tracy has worked with many individuals helping them enhance their personal and professional performance by delivering dynamic, client-focused programs. He has worked with all levels of associates, from senior executives through first-line employees, in both group and one-on-one coaching situations. Tracy has provided Diversity Consulting to Sr. Level Development Managers and provided Mentoring frameworks for both self-guided and group mentoring programs. Tracy worked with Raytheon Learning Institute as a facilitator of programs for JP Morgan Chase prior to transitioning to his current facilitator role.
