SALLY CLARK

Sally’s passion for the training and development field is evident with her unique facilitation style that engages others to want to learn and improve their individual and team effectiveness. She currently works with global clients from various industries to enhance their overall team performance and creating greater self awareness. Sally worked for over 11 years at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank including positions in training, organizational effectiveness and organizational development.

Sally is an experienced development consultant with proven leadership and effectiveness in all areas of organizational development, including performance consulting, coaching, leadership development, executive & high potential mentoring, training design/delivery, team facilitation, change management and strategic planning. She has facilitated numerous customized training workshops helping to build high performing teams and personal awareness.

Sally received a Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Texas A&M University. She was on the Dean’s List and also received a Teacher Certification. She has served as a member of the Houston Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, and has been an active member in the community by serving in the J.P. Morgan Chase Community Partners group.
