Carol Stevens, founder and President of Your Training Solutions, L.P., has professional certifications to facilitate seminars in over 100 subject areas, and her areas of expertise include leadership development, customer service, personal effectiveness, teambuilding, and priority management.

Carol's affiliations include Inscape Publishing, Integro Leadership Institute, CRK Interactive, the Creative Problem Solving Group – Buffalo (CPS-B), Edge Learning Institute, Blanchard Training & Development, and AchieveGlobal. Carol received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Liberal Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. She has served as a Board Member for the Houston Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, Yeager PTO, Champions Park Swim Team, and the Huntwick Racquet Club. Carol is also a Life Member of the University of Texas Ex-Students' Association, and an active volunteer in the community through the Junior League of Houston.
