Carol Stevens has an extensive background of over seventeen years in strategic consulting, curriculum development and training delivery. Her experience includes positions in training, management, and marketing with Exxon and Administaff. Carols expertise in managing people and projects brings an invaluable perspective to her sessions. Clients include manufacturing, health care, hospitality and financial services. In the fall of 2002, Carol founded Your Training Solutions, L.P. to expand service offerings. Your Training Solutions is certified as a Women-Owned Business (WBE) enterprise and an SBA HUB. Affiliations include StratACHIEVE, Vital Learning, The Ken Blanchard Companies, Inscape Publishing, The Coffman Organization and Integro Leadership Institute.

Carol received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing and Liberal Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. She has served as a Board Member for the Houston Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and the Huntwick Racquet Club. Carol is also a Life Member of the University of Texas Ex-Students Association, and an active volunteer in the community through the Junior League of Houston.

          Through extensive networking with other training professionals in the greater-Houston area, Carol Stevens is able to build a consortium of contracted associates for any projects requiring additional resources. These resources are specifically matched to each clients unique needs. YTS can effectively staff up to 12 top-notch, qualified sub-contractors to complete projects.
